Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the site-based FM team
- Issue, track and close planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
- Manage and process invoices and purchase orders
- Support the helpdesk function, including logging reactive tasks and following up with engineers
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with contractual and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities or building services environment preferred
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and progress
