Position: Contract Support
Location: Office-Based (Maidstone, Kent)
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contract Support professional to join a well-established facilities management provider, working in an office-based role in Maidstone supporting the delivery of a key contract.

This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, looking to be part of a growing team within the FM industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide full administrative support to the FM contract team
  • Manage and maintain contract compliance documentation
  • Process and manage invoices and purchase orders
  • Support internal teams with reporting and data entry
  • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth contract delivery
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, minutes, and general office coordination
 
Requirements:
 
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within facilities or building services
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and professional approach to customer and team support
