What you'll do:
- Lead the day-to-day engineering operations on site, ensuring all building services systems are maintained safely and efficiently.
- Carry out electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works across systems including lighting, power distribution, and associated plant.
- Perform fault finding, isolations, and small works across electrical systems.
- Supervise and support engineers on shift, ensuring high standards of work and compliance are met.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with statutory regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with management and stakeholders regarding site performance and works.
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installations (essential).
- Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role (desirable).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Current or previous High Voltage (HV) experience/status (desirable).
- A proactive leadership approach with strong communication skills.
- Salary up to £55,000 per annum
