Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a high-end corporate office environment, delivering high standards of building services maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works across electrical systems
- Complete basic building services tasks, including plumbing, lighting, and fabric checks
- Respond promptly to building issues and breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service within a client-facing environment
- Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with current health & safety standards
- Assist with any additional duties or projects as required by site management
What You'll Need:
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (required)
- Previous experience working within commercial FM environments
- Good all-round knowledge of building services systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and strong work ethic
