What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems.
- Perform fault finding and repairs on systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated electrical plant.
- Ensure all electrical systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
- Assist with small works, upgrades, and general electrical maintenance tasks across the site.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical discipline.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and reliable approach with good communication skills.
- Salary up to £42,000 per annum
- Monday-Friday working pattern (8am-5pm)
