Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
 
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment with genuine opportunities for further training and career progression.
 
What you'll do:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems.
  • Perform fault finding and repairs on systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated electrical plant.
  • Ensure all electrical systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
  • Assist with small works, upgrades, and general electrical maintenance tasks across the site.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
What you'll bring:
  • City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical discipline.
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and reliable approach with good communication skills.
