What you'll do:
- Carry out PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance across a modern, high-spec office environment.
- Support building operations to ensure compliance, safety and top-tier service delivery.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with general building services tasks where required.
- Work closely with the onsite team to maintain exceptional building performance.
- Provide support during out-of-hours works where overtime is available.
What you'll bring:
- Strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial buildings.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).
- Good fault-finding skills across building services systems.
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
