What you'll do:
- Lead and promote a strong health & safety culture across all site activities.
- Manage contractors, procurement, drawings, and on-site performance.
- Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and company standards.
- Oversee works for design and specification compliance.
- Provide commercial control within budget and contractual requirements.
- Represent the company at meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
What you'll bring:
- Current Managers CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on similar projects.
- Strong understanding of principal contractor duties.
- Significant site-based managerial experience with people leadership skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- IT literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, BIM).
