What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems.
- Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated plant.
- Complete routine inspections and testing to ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
- Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests, minimising disruption to site operations.
- Support minor electrical works, system upgrades, and general engineering projects where required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
- City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical discipline.
- Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of commercial electrical systems and building services plant.
- A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance.
- £52,000 per annum salary
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering days and nights
