Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join a well-established FM service provider. Based out of their Liverpool Street office, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth transition of new contracts from award stage through to operational delivery.
Reporting to the Mobilisation Director, you will be a central point of contact supporting multiple stakeholders, coordinating compliance, systems, and processes, while helping to ensure contracts are set up accurately and efficiently.

What you'll do:
- Support the Mobilisation Director and wider team in delivering successful contract mobilisations.
- Prepare and manage mobilisation plans, ensuring all actions are closed out.
- Act as a link between Clients, Account Managers, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and consistent processes.
- Facilitate rollout of compliance logbooks, CAFM systems, and documentation to site teams.
- Provide administrative support during mobilisation, including raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and supporting financial reporting.
- Assist with reporting and documentation to ensure all mobilisations meet company and client requirements.
What you'll bring:
- Strong interpersonal and team-working skills with the confidence to liaise across all levels.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within facilities management, project mobilisation, or a similar administrative role is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to support both the team and the client throughout mobilisation.
