What you'll do:
- Carry out basic planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial building.
- Complete minor repairs and general maintenance tasks including basic fabric repairs, fixtures, fittings, doors, and other building services requirements.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure faults are dealt with efficiently to maintain smooth site operations.
- Carry out routine inspections and identify any maintenance issues requiring further attention.
- Oversee stock levels and materials, ensuring required parts and supplies are available to support service delivery.
- Support maintenance requirements across four additional sites on an occasional basis.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures.
- Previous experience within a maintenance, facilities, or building services environment.
- Good practical maintenance and repair skills.
- Ability to carry out basic building fabric and general maintenance duties.
- Good organisational skills, particularly around stock and materials management.
- A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance.
- £28,000 per annum salary
- Monday - Friday, split day shifts between 6:00am - 7:00pm
