What you'll do:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site mechanical works, including subcontractor management and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all activities comply with CDM 2015 Principal Contractor duties, company procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Drive a strong health, safety, and quality culture across all project operations.
- Oversee procurement, prefabrication, and installation in line with project programmes and specifications.
- Attend client and contractor meetings, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Maintain commercial control of contractor packages, ensuring works are delivered within budget and timescales.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on similar mechanical or M&E build projects.
- In-depth understanding of mechanical construction processes and sequencing.
- CSCS Manager Card and SMSTS certification essential.
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and Principal Contractor responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage both people and performance.
- Competent IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, BIM, Adobe).
