Salary: £47,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in East London. What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across mechanical building services systems.
- Maintain and fault-find on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and general plant room equipment.
- Complete routine inspections, servicing, and repairs to ensure mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests, minimising disruption to site operations.
- Support minor works, system improvements, and general mechanical maintenance across the site.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
- City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in a Mechanical discipline.
- Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant.
- A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance.
- £47,000 per annum salary
- Monday-Friday working pattern (8am-5pm)
