Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + Travel Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a flourishing and well-established FM service provider. This is a fantastic chance to lead a growing mechanical project team, delivering a range of commercial fit-out, upgrade and infrastructure projects across prestigious commercial buildings throughout London.
You'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mechanical projects, from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout.

You'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mechanical projects, from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and deliver mechanical projects across commercial sites in London
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site resources to meet deadlines and budgets
- Prepare project programs, procurement schedules and technical documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, RAMS, and company procedures
- Carry out site visits, quality inspections, and project reporting
- Support the commercial team with cost control and contract administration
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing mechanical projects within commercial environments
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, pipework, plant rooms etc.)
- Excellent client-facing, organisational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with CDM regulations and project delivery processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages
- Full UK driving licence
