What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and associated building services plant.
- Work on systems including HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and general plant room equipment.
- Support with fault finding, repairs, and maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and downtime is minimised.
- Monitor and maintain mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all works carried out and ensure site procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the wider engineering team to deliver a high level of service to building occupants and management.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a commercial building or critical environment.
- Recognised mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services systems.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Salary up to £53,000 per annum
