Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a variety of building services and electrical systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across commercial sites
- Maintain records of work completed and materials used
- Respond to emergency call-outs and provide technical support
- Liaise with clients on-site and maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
What You’ll Need:
- Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Ideally at least 5 years of experience in the FM industry, working within commercial buildings
- Excellent knowledge of building services systems and maintenance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
