What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple commercial sites.
- Work on systems including lighting, power, distribution boards, and emergency systems.
- Conduct fault finding, repairs, and minor installations where required.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high technical standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing the company professionally.
What you'll bring:
- Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 18th Edition, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of fault finding and testing across electrical systems.
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
