What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical building services systems.
- Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on systems including lighting, power distribution, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and basic mechanical equipment.
- Attend breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to building operations.
- Travel between multiple commercial sites delivering high-quality maintenance services.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with compliance and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the engineering team and site contacts.
- Experience within building services or facilities maintenance environments.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and professional approach with good communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- £45,000 per annum salary
