Position: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Bedfordshire & Greater London (Mobile)
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Overtime + Company Van + On-Call Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

A leading facilities services provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to support multiple commercial sites across Bedfordshire and Greater London. What you'll do:
- Deliver general mechanical, HVAC, and building services maintenance across a range of commercial sites
- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance in line with site procedures and industry standards
- Test and inspect mechanical systems, completing all associated documentation accurately
- Support maximum efficiency and reliability of plant, equipment, and building services systems
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and complete remedial works as required
- Conduct minor installations, testing, and condition-based monitoring surveys
- Act as a Competent Person (Mechanical) where authorised
- Assist in maintaining plant room cleanliness and site standards
- Undertake defect surveys and provide technically accurate reports
- Support supervisors with technical information for reporting and incident investigations
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for engineering colleagues
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required to support smooth operations
- Hold a relevant mechanical qualification: C&G, BTEC Level 3, ONC/OND, or NVQ Level 3
- Additional skills in HVAC and general building services maintenance
- Experience within commercial or facilities maintenance environments
- Strong understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work
- IT literate, numerate, and comfortable completing technical documentation
- Commercially aware with a strong customer-focused approach
- Able to work independently, manage workloads, and communicate confidently at all levels
- Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
