What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services plant.
- Work on both electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and basic plumbing/mechanical equipment.
- Undertake fault finding and first-line repairs to ensure minimal downtime to site operations.
- Ensure all plant is maintained in line with statutory compliance and health & safety regulations.
- Update job records, complete reports, and support the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality engineering service.
- City & Guilds / NVQ in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
- Proven experience in building services or commercial facilities maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and client-facing approach.
