• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services plant.
• Perform fault finding and repairs on systems including power distribution, lighting, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and associated mechanical equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests to ensure building systems remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.
• Assist with minor installations, system improvements, and general building services maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and liaise with the wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operations.

• City & Guilds / NVQ in either an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Experience working within building services or commercial facilities maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across both electrical and mechanical systems.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.

• £50,000 per annum salary
