What you'll do:
- Oversee the delivery of all hard FM services across HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Ensure PPMs and reactive maintenance are completed within agreed service levels and performance targets.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effective service delivery.
- Carry out regular site inspections and audits to maintain high operational standards.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, supporting performance, development, and day-to-day operations.
- Promote a "right first time" approach to minimise repeat works and improve efficiency.
- Ensure safe systems of work are in place, including oversight of risk assessments and method statements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure all documentation is updated within CAFM systems.
- Provide regular reporting on site performance, compliance, and overall service delivery.
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior supervisory role within facilities management or building services.
- Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, and general building services systems.
- Experience managing teams, contractors, and service delivery within a commercial environment.
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- £65,000 per annum salary
