Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support for projects across London
- Prepare and manage RAMS, review sheets, and O&M manuals
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track project documentation, schedules, and ensure compliance with H&S standards
- Maintain project records and support close-out documentation
- Support procurement and sub-contractor coordination as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a project coordination role within FM, construction, or M&E sectors
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good understanding of RAMS, O&M manuals, and compliance documentation
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
