Position: Site Supervisor
Location: City of London
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
 
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their on-site team at a high-profile commercial facility in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a supervisory position within a professional environment offering clear career progression and long-term stability.
 
What you'll do:

• Oversee a team of engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
• Support the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service level expectations.
• Monitor works across systems including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fault finding, and general plant maintenance.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Assist with compliance, maintenance planning, reporting, and general site administration duties.
• Act as a key point of contact for site stakeholders and engineering queries.

What you'll bring:

• City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience (desirable).
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
